This Intensive Tennis Program provides a higher level of training than standard group sessions, offering a clear weekly structure that develops strong technique, tactical understanding, physical readiness, and on-court discipline needed for competitive junior tennis.

What the Intensive Tennis Program Includes

Our program combines technical, tactical, physical, and mental development essential for junior competitive players.

The standard Intensive Tennis Program includes:

  • 1 hour introductory evaluation to assess technique, movement, tactical level, and competitive goals.
  • 10 hours of tennis training focused on stroke development, repetition drills, tactical patterns, point construction, and integrated mental discipline such as focus under pressure.
  • 5 guaranteed Private Tennis Lessons for technical correction, footwork biomechanics, and individual improvement.
  • 5 fitness sessions designed for tennis athletes, improving agility, coordination, balance, speed, and overall endurance.
  • End-of-week recap seasion with feedback, match-play analysis, and long-term developmental recommendations.

Training runs Monday to Friday, with Saturday open for private lessons or tournaments. We reserve the right to adjust the schedule if needed.

Private Lesson Scheduling
The 5 private tennis lessons included in the program are scheduled in the afternoon from Monday to Friday, or on Saturday during the morning hours. Together with the player, we choose the optimal times to ensure the sessions fit their training goals and daily rhythm. These private lessons are added to the weekly schedule individually once the plan is confirmed. If the player wishes to add additional private hours beyond the included five, we are able to arrange that as well.

We reserve the right to adjust the schedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Group Structure & Coaching Ratio

Training is conducted in small groups with a maximum of two players per coach, ensuring focused instruction and continuous feedback.

 If there are three players enrolled in the same program, we assign two coaches for that session. This ensures that each player receives sufficient individual attention and that the intensity and quality of training remain at the highest level.
