The program is intended for adult players of all levels, from motivated beginners to advanced recreational players.
It is ideal for players who want structured improvement, a clear training plan, and professional guidance rather than casual, recreational sessions.
What the Adult Tennis Program Includes
Our Adult Tennis Program provides a complete and well-structured weekly schedule combining technical, tactical,
physical, and mental development.
The standard Adult Tennis Program includes:
- 1 hour introductory session outlining the weekly plan, our coaching methodology, and an assessment of each player’s goals and expectations
- 10 hours of tennis training per week
- 5 fitness sessions designed specifically for tennis development
- 1 hour recap analysis seasion summarizing progress, identifying priority areas for future improvement and reviewing video footage
Training is organized Monday to Friday. Saturday is reserved for additional private training sessions.
This structure ensures consistent progress throughout the Adult Tennis Program.

Group Structure & Coaching Ratio
➤ Within the Adult Tennis Program, our training sessions are conducted in small, carefully structured groups to ensure high-quality, individualized coaching. The standard coach-to-player ratio is a maximum of two players per coach, which allows the coach to provide continuous feedback and personalized correction.
➤ If there are three players enrolled in the same program, we assign two coaches for that session. This ensures that each player receives sufficient individual attention and that the intensity and quality of training remain at the highest level.
