How Cooperation Works
You cover the logistics required to bring the coach to your country: travel, accommodation, and coaching expenses for an initial trial period.
After the coach settles in, he/she builds a functional system locally by connecting with your club structure, local players/parents, and training conditions — with the objective to create the most effective weekly plan for player development.
Training is organized to maintain the right balance of intensity and recovery while improving: technique, movement, tactical patterns, physical development, and competitive readiness.
