This program is created for young athletes who need a well-balanced combination of tennis training and age-appropriate physical conditioning.
Through consistent weekly sessions, children develop proper technique, movement coordination, discipline, and confidence on the court.
What the Semi-Intensive Program Includes
Our Semi-Intensive Tennis Program offers a consistent weekly plan tailored to the needs of developing junior players.
The weekly structure includes:
- 1 hour introductory evaluation to assess technique, movement, tactical level, and competitive goals.
- 5 fitness sessions designed for young athletes, improving agility, coordination, balance, speed, and overall endurance.
- 10 hours of tennis training focused on stroke development, repetition drills, tactical patterns, point construction, and integrated mental discipline such as focus under pressure.
- End-of-week recap seasion with feedback, match-play analysis, and long-term developmental recommendations.
- Optional private lessons available upon request
Each training day is carefully organized to support technical growth, coordination, motor development, and confidence on court.

We reserve the right to adjust the schedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Group Structure & Coaching Ratio
➤ Training is conducted in small groups with a maximum of two players per coach, ensuring focused instruction and continuous feedback.
➤ If there are three players enrolled in the same program, we assign two coaches for that session. This ensures that each player receives sufficient individual attention and that the intensity and quality of training remain at the highest level.
