Accelerate your technical evolution by analyzing the biomechanics of your strokes frame-by-frame in our interactive video workshop.
Session Details
Here is everything you need to know about this CoreFlow™ module:
- Schedule: Mondays | 11:00 – 12:00
- Location: Off-Court Screen Setup
- Access: Included in Adult and Junior Program
Overview & Objective
By reviewing pre-recorded video footage of every participant under expert coaching guidance, you learn not only from your own motion but also by observing common mechanical errors and technical solutions across the entire group.
This visual feedback is the fastest way to bridge the gap between what you think you are doing on the court, and what your body is actually doing.
Pre-Session Requirements
To ensure we get the most out of our session, please review the following requirements:
- Pre-Recorded Footage Required: Please bring short video clips of your Forehand, Backhand, Serve, and (optionally) Volleys recorded prior to the session.
- On-Court Recording Option: If you have a training session on Monday morning before 11:00, you may record your strokes on court during that session. Otherwise, please arrive with ready-to-use footage.
- Video Format & Duration: Keep clips concise — maximum 2 minutes total for all strokes combined.
- Crucial Detail for Groundstrokes: For Forehands and Backhands, ensure the video captures the bounce of the ball before impact. This allows us to precisely analyze your timing, contact point, and rhythm.
Interactive Workshop Methodology
This session is designed as a collaborative, problem-solving dialogue — not a passive lecture.
We expect all participants to arrive prepared, engaged, and ready to interact with the Head Coach. Please bring your specific technical questions, uncertainties, and struggles so we can solve them together through practical and theoretical breakdown.
