Transition from technical understanding to seamless muscle memory in our high-tempo movement automation workshop.

Session Details

Here is everything you need to know about this CoreFlow™ module:

  • Schedule: Thursdays | 11:00 – 12:00
  • Location: On-Court High-Tempo Station
  • Access: Included in Adult and Junior Program

Overview & Objective

While Part 1 built deep biomechanical awareness at a controlled pace, Part 2 increases the speed, reactivity, and dynamic court execution.

The primary goal of this session is to move from cognitive processing to pure muscle memory. We focus on automating your footwork patterns so that proper movement and balance happen instinctively during live point play, even under heavy pressure.

What You Will Master in Part 2

This high-tempo session will push your movement capabilities through the following focus areas:

  • Movement Automation: Accelerating the execution of footwork patterns so you no longer have to think about your feet during a rally.
  • High-Tempo Court Coverage: Executing rapid split-steps, open-stance recoveries, and aggressive court re-positioning under realistic rally pressure.
  • Fluidity & Energy Conservation: Seamlessly combining the unit turn, directional steps, deceleration, and recovery without wasting physical energy.
  • Live-Ball Reactivity: Applying proper movement mechanics to unpredictable, dynamic ball trajectories.

Interactive Workshop Methodology

➤ This session is designed as a collaborative, problem-solving dialogue — not a passive lecture.

➤ We expect all participants to arrive prepared, engaged, and ready to interact with the Head Coach. Please bring your specific questions and movement struggles so we can solve them together through practical and theoretical breakdown.
