  • Location: On-Court Service Station
  • Access: Included in Adult and Junior Program

Overview & Objective

Whether your goal is fixing existing mechanical flaws or building pinpoint accuracy and explosive power, this workshop breaks down the entire service motion step-by-step.

We don’t just focus on the arm; we analyze the entire body to ensure you are generating effortless power through a proper kinetic chain, saving your shoulder from unnecessary strain.

Key Technical Focus Areas

During this session, we will isolate and perfect the following mechanics:

  • Toss Consistency: Deep focus on toss mechanics, ideal height, release point, and ball placement for different serve variations.
  • The Kinetic Chain: Mastering the sequential force transfer from leg drive and hip rotation up through the core, shoulder, and racket head speed.
  • Serve Variations: Technical breakdown of the Flat, Slice, and Kick/Spin serves, adapted to each player’s individual level and progression goals.
  • Flaw Correction & Precision: Target practice, correct shoulder line alignment, and eliminating power leaks in your delivery.

Interactive Workshop Methodology

➤ This session is designed as a collaborative, problem-solving dialogue — not a passive lecture.

➤ We expect all participants to arrive prepared, engaged, and ready to interact with the Head Coach. Please bring your specific serve questions, physical limitations, and mechanics struggles so we can solve them together through practical and theoretical breakdown.
